ISIDORE (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile application Three (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect

- The App does not require account registration and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
- Your self-reflection entries are stored locally on your device only.
- Future (when additional features are introduced)
- Account Information: If you sign up via Google or Apple login, we may collect your name, email address, and associated profile information.
- Analytics Data: We integrate with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to understand usage patterns. This may include device type, app version, session length, and general usage statistics.
- Payment Information: If a paid version is introduced, payment processing will be handled by app store providers (Google Play, Apple App Store). We will not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Information

- To analyze usage trends and enhance the user experience
- To enable account login and future paid services
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use advertising identifiers (Ad IDs) and do not engage in behavioral advertising at this time.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Current: Your self-reflection data is stored only on your local device.
- Future: If a server-based storage feature is introduced (e.g., for backup or paid accounts), we will securely store your data on servers located in appropriate jurisdictions and update this Policy accordingly.
- We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.
4. Sharing of Information
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We may share limited data with:
- Service Providers: Analytics partners (e.g., Amplitude) to help us understand app usage.
- Legal Authorities: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
5. Children’s Privacy
- The App is available to users of all ages. However:
- If you are under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country), you must use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such a collection, we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
